Arsenic Bite-4b did not receive lightweight buff!
The arc lightweight bow "Arsenic Bite-4b" did not get its draw time reduced nor did it have its perfect draw window increased with Arc 3.0 release!

It happened with one of my Tyranny of Heaven bows too. I have one at 500 and one at 540. Certain perk combinations must be keeping them at 540.
