Ruffians need to spawn sooner in Expeditions
Since you need to kill 50 Ruffians for the seasonal seal and since you won't let me play Expeditions solo, please have them spawn earlier. Who thought having them spawn at 94% (ie one treasure engram away from completion) was a good idea, they literally never get a chance to spawn.
