I just bought the Deluxe Witch Queen on sale for my Xbox Series S console. After having it for a bit, I opened up the Destiny app on my Android phone and I checked to see if what I had unlocked in the previous seasons would be available to claim now that I owned them. I thought it was but the app said that my Season of the Haunted only reached rank 38. I knew that wasn't true as I did reach above rank 100 last season. Shortly after I began to claim what rewards were there, I realized they were actually rewards from Season of the Risen. I did only reach 38 during that season so that made sense but the app said I was collecting what I had unlocked from Haunted and that wasn't true. Unfortunately, the app never updated to show me the paid ranks of last season to claim and now I don't know how, or even if, I will be able to collect what I unlocked. What can I do, if anything? I would like to get my ornaments and things from last season now that I own it.
