Cold boot mission wont show up
I cant see the cold boot mission as an option even, it is just a prerequisite for the guardian rising quest, but when i go to quests, it doesnt even show up, it just says complete it before continueing the guardian rising quest.

Hey, Check in the Cosmodrome. Specifically, in the Mothyards area, close to the Lunar Complex there should be a quest marker. You won't be able to interact with it from orbit, you'll need to travel to that spot in the Cosmodrome and interact with the flag to start the mission. If the flag isn't there for you, please post a screenshot showing the quest in your inventory, your director map for the Cosmodrome and the place in the Cosmodrome where the flag should be. You can upload them to a public sharing site like imgur and just post the links here.
