Memory Fragments disappeared from vault after
BUNGiE Help,
Yesterday I went to the Claim Digital Rewards page and accepted some Glimmer, Enhancement Cores, Upgrade Modules, and an items package including Coldheart and one of its ornaments.
Upon logging in, I realized that I lost seven (7) Memory Fragments that I had stored in my vault.
Can you please look into my account and investigate?

Sadly, making a new character didn't solve the problem. I completed all "Born in Darkness" quests, and I'm still stuck locked out of getting the remaining 5 Fragments of Stasis because I'm missing the 5 Memory Fragments which disappeared from my vault.
