captain avarokk 3rd phase bug
When we get to the third phase of captain captain avarrokk it kicks us all from the dungeon, another clan member had a similar problem earlier where they 2 phased the boss but it didn't give them any loot then kicked them
It also gives us bungie code calabrese even though destiny wasn't in maintenance at the time
