Its normal. Assuming no issues on either the charity side or Bungie's side (bungie needs to get the dono data from the org handling the charity), emblems START going out usually a week or 2 after the event ends and it takes another week or two for everyone to get the email. Have seen some mods reply to others asking this question that the current date Bungie is hoping to start sending the codes out is June 27th, which fits with the normal schedule for these things. the TWAB this week or next will probably have more solid info though.
