For some reason, it shows that the piercing sidearm mod I buy doesnt show up as available mod from the seasonal artifact even though I have/had the points to do so and when I go back to the seasonal mod, I can somehow purchase it multiple times. I am also having a similar issue with the synthweave template I unlocked in order to unlock a skin. I am holding the Unlock button, the bars filling and then it keeps flashing but does not unlock the item for me. Neither can I unlock anything else in the skin selection. I am on PC.
