When you have to grab the wrench to solve the electrical hazard, climbing on the crates to get above the doorway can suck you into this spot, you literally cannot escape until you drop the wrench, then the wrench falls between the crates and the walls and stays there with no way to grab it. It never refreshes to its original placement if you just go die, and you have to exit the activity and completely restart to try again. Do you guys even test this stuff? Just be careful doing it. Its not guaranteed to happen, byt the slightest wrong move will change that. Also, why do you guys even give the option on this app to add tags, when you can only put one additional tag on?
