I am trying to make it so on use of consecration heavy handed procs as well as melee kickstart and use ember of searing so effectively I get my entire melee back so its chainable. But heavy handed doesn't work with consecration. I also randomly will get my entire melee back without hitting an enemy. I've linked a clip above where I don't use melee kickstart and I am charged with light with heavy handed equipped and as you can see when I use my melee it doesn't give me the half back.
