"Secret Victories" Triumph not unlocking
I'm trying to unlock the "Cursebreaker" seal but there's one triumph, "Secret Victories", that won't unlock despite completing all six ascendant challenges. I'm pretty sure I did them from start to finish by exiting portals each time they ended.
It would also appear from the bungie website itself that the triumph of the ascendant challenges is unlocked (it's golden) while the others are still locked, however both in game and on sites like d2checklist.com it shows 5/6 challenges completed.
I tried contacting Bungie support but they were no help, telling me that "[they] are not set up to investigate this issue". Screenshots attached.

Thanks in advance for any help and please correct me if I have misunderstood anything about how it works.
EDIT 07/06:
As Dopefriik suggested, the problem was the ascendant challenge 'Keep of Honed Edges'. I carried the sword out of the challenge as he said and the triumph was marked as completed. Thank you :)

That's just a quirk with how triumphs show up on the website. For any multi-tier triumph, it will appear gold in the website as soon as you've completed one tier, so it's impossible to tell at a glance if you've completed the whole thing or just partially. If you check in game, or using third party sites like braytech, it should show correctly that you've only completed two of the three tiers and that you're still missing one ascendant challenge.
