Refund bugged
So after i bought something with silver monday i was trying to get refund for it Tuesday because you akways have 7 days to refund it and theres a countdown on inventory screen well after reset Tuesday it disappeared and cant be because of me or using items bc havent even used ornaments and submitted ticket which said id get response or resolved in day or 2 well that was 5 days ago and now im at point where 7 days will be gone and bc of issue on their end i basically got literally robbed by bungie and cant reach anyone for help im only trying to refund the emote which didnt mean to even buy and this is bs making me never again buy anything unless its made right

3 RespuestasYou are only able to refund an item purchased with Silver while it's still in package form. If you opened the package and the Ornaments appeared in your inventory, then you went beyond the point you could refund it. You would have had to refund the package in order to refund the Silver.
