Global Reach does not increase distance of Cellular Suppression effect
It seems to be stuck at the default 6m range. Global reach has no effect whatsoever on the Cellular Suppression mod's range at and, and used to in the past.
Based on Destiny reddit posts I've seen, this appears to be affecting other warmind cell mods as well.
