Echo of Starvation not working on Titan upon picking up orb of power
For some reason whenever I run echo of starvation for a while, it stops working and it won’t let me pick up orbs of power, therefore I can’t get the devour buff. I am not sure what is wrong, but if it switch the fragment off and back on again, it starts to work again, but only for a little while. Please fix this bungie. I need my devour buff.

Do you notice it not working only when you have a full super? If it doesn’t work & you don’t have full super, then it may help if you posted a video showing this…as that may help determine what’s going on, or at least show proof to Bungie of an issue.
