Do I need the deluxe expansion now?
I just want the standard edition of the Witch Queen. If later, I wanted the deluxe version, would I have to buy the whole thing again or will there be some kind of discount?

No you have to repurchase it for the upgrade To Deluxe edition there’s no discount for it
