1 RespuestaHey, Do you still have the quest in your inventory? If so I would try running the dungeon again and this time going to the back of the statue when interacting, this has worked for players in the past. However if that is not the case then I would recommend waiting until Witch Queen launches, the reason for this is due to the quest being vaulted and the bow will be available via different means most likely the exotic quest kiosk.
