Le Monarque Catalyst
Could we get a mix of Cornered and Danger Zone for Le Monarque's Catalyst?
As this bow is one of the best - it definitely needs some risk added to the catalyst for the reward - hence you'd have to be surrounded for the two effects to work - but it would decrease your draw time and increase the blast radius of the poison arrows on a precision hit when you are surrounded.
This would be situational in PvP, allowing you to clutch up in high risk situations - but would be amazing for PvE

But it would clear adds faster better and if people were stacked in pvp it would detour them to rush after you hit main target. like 75 dot damage in pvp
