So I purchased the VoG raid ring June 30, 2021. Got an Email Sep 28, 2021 at 3:13 PM that it was on the way. Since that day the USPS tracking has said "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". I Emailed store support on Thu, Oct 28, 2021 at 6:20 AM and got the generic "we are backed up" response. I've heard nothing whatsoever at this point and have no idea who to contact. I'm debating just disputing the charge on my card at this point because I can't get any information on this dang thing. Anyone else having these issues with this item?
