Grasp of Avarice loot drops.
Is GoA loot timegated? Every run I get the same thing in the same order. 1 matador, 1 thorn chest, 1 head - 1 chest or doubles of either. Or is the loot table just built funny? Also "the secret crates" gave me the same items as well. Have a feeling its just poor luck but figured I'd ask.

1 RespuestaOnly the first run per character class per week has the chance to drop new gear. Subsequent runs within the week as well as the secret chests will only drop items you've previously unlocked. It could just be coincidence if you're getting the same items in the same order, but it also depends on that encounter's loot table and what you've unlocked from it.
