Can't hear people on mic
Whenever I play with other people, I can see they're talking (cause the mic icon appears) but I can't hear what they're saying. I already checked my in-game audio settings and everything seems okay, voice chat on, push to talk on and manual opt-in for team voice channel. If I talk, everyone can hear me but I can never hear what others are saying. Any recommendations on how to fix this? :)

Sounds like either you have chat volume levels set too low....or there is a NAT type mismatch. On PS, you'll sometimes get a NAT mismatch between your network and the network of those in the party...and the result is you can't hear each other. This typically happens in party chat, and the easiest solution is to switch to in-game fireteam chat.
