Forced Name Change?
Hi,
I am an old player that quit for a while at the end of forsaken. My old username came from my D1 account on xbox. It was an xbox auto generated username that I kept when I switched to steam from xbox. The name was TipsyDonut63 with capitals thrown in everywhere.
When I returned to the game a couple weeks ago my name had been changed to Guardian8753 and I am unable to change my actual username or display name.
I don't have a clue what happened but this is really annoying and I was hoping there would be a way to fix it. I would like my old name back.

When cross play launched, the new Bungie name system was implemented: [quote]we're converting everyone's name over to an identity that will remain consistent across all platforms you play from.
