Thank you for reading this for I am writing this for a friend whom has been Mute all their life. Currently there is no In-game chat on console (like ps4) and this makes it incredibly tidius to communicate with other players. It is almost impossible to lfg a raid without needing mic Or they are ostersized for not having one. Which kills my friends enthusiasm, because they prepare and work hard to get the best gear just like everyone else. Now imagine how it must feel when they cant raid when it's not their fault... it is very very disheartening, it is that bad even to the point of quitting the game for awhile. Not only would it be supremely usefull to add a in game chat for mute players but for normal players aswell! If there was a dedicated LFGs channel it would be way more convenient to find a game for those who have no phone. Simply put it: a improvement that everyone will benefit from and could even grow the community by being able to text across crossplay (not everyone has a Pc or Ps5 )...
