Quick Question to any clan leaders reading this or even clan members. How do you keep your clan active and actually get clan members to interact with each other? Over the past year the turn over for members is extremely high. Our clan has a solid 20/25 members who are highly active, but the rest just never interact. We enforce discord activity and have a 21 day inactive period. I try and run in clan PvP and PvE comps but we have at most 2 or 3 teams (always the same ones) that take part. We schedule teaching raids, with no uptake. I try and organise events for the new members when join to get to know existing members but out of 40 new members, I get maybe 1 member that wants to join. The enthusiasm that new members show is getting worse. Anyone any tips on what to do? Thanks in advance
