I go into the reservoir and fight against a Taken Captain that is immune until you throw special items to break his shield, I damage him and then he disappears, two majors showing up afterwards. I think this is supposed to be a part of the Harbinger activity like when I first did the quest that got me Hawkmoon in the first place, but then the Taken captain never shows up again. I try to commune with the Traveler bird afterwards, it seems like the door is open but there's still a Taken looking semi-invisible wall in the way as seen in the screenshot I took. I went through the reservoir a few times now to see if maybe I missed an option to load into a new activity like the quest mentions, but it never does. I noticed I didn't have the Harbinger quest on my director map of the EDZ before, but I never paid it much mind since I was doing other tasks in D2 and not following through on the rest of this Season of the Hunt exotic questline. Now that I'm doing it, I'd like some help in fixing it, if something is wrong?
