Encore perk not procing with timed payload
Hi All,
I got a really nice Judgement roll with encore and timed payload. I noticed that after playing several games that encore rarely ever procs.
Has anyone else noticed that the explosive portion of timed payload doesn't trigger it? This is mostly happening to me on non-precision final blows.
