Program can't start due to mysterious missing file (win7, 8, 10)
Getting this error after battleye starts
Windows 7
This has been reported on Windows 8 and 10 as well.
Reinstalls haven't helped, replacing dll hasn't worked, reportedly upgrading to Windows 10 has had some success but also some failures.
Patience is required, but silence isn't

Our issue made it to the top of the issue list in todays TWAB, so we have some progress, however shallow it may be.

3 RespuestasI'm awfully sorry to say I'll "abandon the ship" soon enough. One of my clan members kindly lent me a hand to choose and asmble a new PC on which win 10 should run smoothly. Cost me a (huge) fortune but I'd be able to play destiny 2 in a week or so. To be frank, I don't really think bungie will fix this fatal error in months... maybe even years?... (All of this reminds me of the cyberpunk 2077 incident. Not a good year for the gaming industry I guess.) Good luck fellow guardians. I still hope you can find a way out of this troublesome situation.
