Please at some point before the next season announce the removal of any and all rng to power grind
Title. I hate this shit and it’s made me nearly quit the game way too many times ruins the time I do put in.

This results in people getting left behind every season. Some have more time to grind and level faster. Some have better RNG. Some prefer to play solo so the fireteam XP boosts put them even further behind - yes I realize this is intentional and meant to force lone wolves to team up. All of this creates the D2 l33t crew that think they're better than everyone else (see LFG for proof).
