I can't get prime loots from Amanda
Last year I linked my account in amazon prime and I got 4 loots, but I didn't had an character until today.
I finished the game intro and when I go to talk with Amanda, nothing happens. I checked the Partner Rewards page, and it says I got the loots, but I can't take it on the game.
I would like to know if I needed the character created before activating, but I can't find any answers

Hello. I believe you do need to create a character before claiming the rewards. But since the loot has been claimed on the website, you cannot claim them again considering they can only be claimed once and they have been retired. You should be good to go for the current and future gear drops if a character has been created.
