I've been posting about this since I got this aspect early last season, meaning this has been broken for over a season now, but Howl of the Storm does not work with certain key bindings. In the included video you can see that the icon is changing and flashing, but no ice is coming out, but then when I change sprint from hold to toggle it suddenly works. Look I know that fixing things is hard, but I haven't even got an acknowledgement that Bungie even knows this is a problem, no-one official has ever replied to these threads and I've never seen this listed in any know problems lists.
