only 4 of 5 feathers for lightseeker triumph
I can only find 4 of the 5 feathers, one is not spawning at its location. I searched in the past weeks very often, and the fourth feather is always missing.
I know it's the fourth because of several guides. In this week (preset week 2) the fourth feather would be on the top right, after going through the portal. It's not there!
Please help with this, is there anyone who has the same problem?

Even in this week, the fifth feather is missing (the one in the area of the railway-ending before you jump down to the sidewalk)
