As the title says, I can't start the actual Decrypting the Darkness quest at all. I have the Legacy: Challenger's Proving quest but whenever I interact with the Decoder it just brings me to the decipher engrams screen rather than offering me the quest. Even when I back out of the decipher screen to the "main menu" of the decrypted (like where you receive bounties from NPC's) it gives me the "sorry, there are no items available here". Im completely stuck and would rather not miss a large part of the entire mid-game so any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
