Hello Bungie Support Team. I am making this post for a player I am trying to help get settled in the game. Unfortunately he misses out on a good equipment source for the current seasons content because he is affected by a weird bug. According to his quest tabs and even the quest archive terminal he has the quest "Decrypt the Darkness" either already completed or never gotten. The only other seasonal quest he has is the Synthetic quest-line for the transmog system. He does have the current season pass. What he does not own is any expansion nor former seasons. Is this an issue with the game or missing licenses? However, according to other players via Discord it is already enough to have the current season pass. Thanks in advance for any response soon.
