Create your own shader. Weapon camo or add shaders on your weapons.
This could bring in some creative ideas of people and bungie could sell them for money or possibly a strange coins . Also put a shader on your weapons.

It would look like the nebula glow but replace the purple to a purple-blue. If this come out, i would buy ethier real money or glimmer or strange coins or legendary marks or all the above.
