As with the return of many catalysts being vaulted and brought back this season, is the 4th horseman catalyst part of that list as the LLS's made a return as well. The only weapons that were said to not be returning this season, rather next, are Outbreak Perfected and Whisper of the Worm, nothing mentioned at all about 4th horseman. If a bungie dev can give some clarity about this, it would be most appreciated.
