I'm on Step 2 of the Journey quest on PC (Steam), and I'm supposed to find the Path Fragments in each lost sector. Each time I complete one and go to the puzzle, I'll shoot it one time, and the runes will flame up, but they don't change. And the next time I shoot them, nothing. It stops working after 1 shot. Is this a bug? Because I can't finish the quest and get the exotic. I own Shadowkeep expansion. I'm also experiencing a bug in the Dreaming City where I open territory chests (or whatever they're called), and I receive no rewards, and they don't disappear from the map
