Celerity gives a raw incentive by game mechanics for a Flawless player to help another player(s) get Flawless too. When they need to crack down and carry, Adept Celerity kicks in. It could be even half has strong as the actual Celerity and it’s still worth it. And hey, everyone will want the Adept weapons, upping the population!
