I can't say for sure or its just me, but i've noticed that using top tree dawn, previously to season 13 the super activation reset icarus dash cooldown and the movement ability had no cooldown whilst in the super. I've read and reread the most recent patch notes and can't see anything that address this topic. I'm hoping to reach out to the community to see if anyone is experiencing this same thing, or if it just me, or if i could just have missed the one sentence in bungies massive paragraph of patch, fixes and changes. At first i thought it was a bug, seeing as my clan mates were experiencing similar but not exactly the same thing.
