Colorblind settings in Deep Stone Crypt have changed as of the 2/9/21 update (3.1.0)
As of today's update, the tritanopia colorblind settings cause the scanner pickup as well as the terminal in DSC to show red instead of yellow. This causes the Operator and Scanner pickups to both show as the same color.
The protanopia and deuteranopia settings change the terminals to green, but I was unable to test the colors of the pickups themselves.
Screenshots can be provided if necessary. If it makes a difference, it's happening on Xbox series X as well as Xbox one.

Further tested colors, and the other settings change the terminal color but not the augments themselves, so they are still different from each other. Only the tritanopia settings are causing the issue of making the scanner and operator augments the same shade of red.
