Sturm's exotic perk reads: "Kills with this weapon fill the magazine of the equipped Energy weapon from reserves." I tested this and found out it does not work. I shot a few shots of my Adored sniper into the air, and the magazine was 0. I killed multiple enemies by myself with Sturm with no one else shooting or even near, and the magazine of the Adored stayed 0. I know that most people don't use Sturm for the exotic perk, but it can still be useful so it's important to make sure it works.
