Eyes of Tomorrow drop rate boost?
RNG is a crap thing at times, but I literally have everything from the raid but it, and now it's keeping me from the title. Can we like, make at least 10 percent or something? Feels bad I can't have a cool title because the game said, "Lol nope, see you next week, sucker."

Yeah took me 24 looted runs to get mine, I wish that raid exotics were all quests. They don't need to be fast quests but it sucks when you have to wait months to get it.
