So before this week all my rewards were giving me 1251+ from prime and powerful engrams, now EVERY engram I get, legendary and exotic, has been at 1250.. but my roommate is still getting them all at 1251+ from the same rewards. I am light level 1266 with the relic thing at a +16, roommate is at a 1266 with only a +15 on it, is this a glitch once I hit +16? This is driving me crazy any help would be appreciated.
