Merciless exotic not working
Hello,
I think the exotic weapon Merciless has a problem, it seems that the trait "concerve momentum" is not working. (the charge time is not getting faster at all with non lethat hit).
The weapon is already barely used by player and it's even more sad to see that the exotic trait is not even working. (and apparently it's been more than a season)
