Cannot delete ANY Night Watch Scout Rifle while in the New Light Quest on Cosmodrome
Cleaning out my vault and realized that no Night Watch scout can be dismantled when on the new light quest on the cosmodrome. This probably a failsafe due to you gain a Night Watch scout when on that quest, so you not accidently delete it.
