I am posting this again as i have not recieved any responses on my first post. I completed the Prophecy Dungeon a few days before the conclusion of Season of Arrivals, but Bungie Rewards wont recognize3 the completion. I spent over 4 hours in the dungeon, due to a very dysfunctional fireteam member and my search for the Eyes of Savathun. I have the Triumph for it in the MMXX badge, and tried to claim the code right after claiming the Code for the Moments of Triumph shirt, but the code would not generate, saying I hadnt completed the Dungeon. i tried sending a message to customer support a few weeks ago, but did not get a response, but realized today I need to make a forum post. I would like to purchase the hoodie, but as of now i dont think I will be able to.
