I purchased the finisher last season because I thought it was cool. Seemed to work fine, but I've noticed since Beyond Light dropped that it hasn't been finishing off targets. The animation plays, but the target stays up, and are still able to be finished again (they remain stunned for like 1 second). Haven't really seen this issue with other finishers.
