Merciless' exotic perk Conserve Momentum is bugged
It's been broken sense Beyond Light dropped. It's my favorite weapon and i couldn't use it for the story stuff which sucked, and it didn't get hot fixed. So here's documenting it for y'all. It never get's a faster charge time and Conserve Momentum never activates
