Beyond light not given
So I have my conformation from when I bought beyond light back months ago I have all the pre order bonuses before beyond light came out but it tells me in-game that I do not own beyond light and my pre-order bonuses for when beyond light was released are not here idk what to do.

I would check your Playstation purchase history. If you pre-ordered far enough back Sony refunded many of the early pre-orders when BL's launch date was pushed back to November. If this happened to you, you should see a refund, and technically you should have received a notification in your notification center on your console months ago that your pre-order was cancelled.
