Right now the perk reads "Increased rate of fire and recoil while you're holding down the trigger". The problem is that the recoil on this weapon is so bad from the get go, you can't even tell it's getting worse as you hold down the trigger. Bungie should either A) Give it much higher stability so that the decrease in stability is actually noticeable or B) Change the description to say "Increased rate of fire when holding the trigger, also recoil gets worse than it already is. Kills reload a portion of the magazine" Either option is fine, but as it is now, frankly, it's like taking a bite of a chocolate bar and realizing it's dark chocolate. Come on, Bungie, let's make Huckleberry great for once, or at least let people know that it actually is simulating riding a bull for the full 8 seconds.
