Didn't know if anyone else was having this issue but while using Lumina and shooting allies with healing orbs no progress is earned towards the catalyst. I have one at 37% from the vault and my friend just got his with the exotic cipher and neither of us can gain any progress. We even tried putting on/ taking off unstoppable rounds to see if that was the reason to no avail.
