I've busted my hump getting all of the Eyes and working hard ... but I'm missing ONE last thing: Interference Loop: Crystal Encounter. I've seen some people saying that the Nokris Envoy has replaced all of the encounters ... Is this no longer possible to complete? Someone help. I feel so frustrated. This is the closest I've ever come to game rage. I have never had a seal and this is the first one I was going to get.
